Allison & Rosanne
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. We are incredibly excited for the opportunity to become parents. We look forward to sharing our love and providing an uplifting and encouraging environment for your child to thrive. We can't imagine how difficult and scary this decision is for you, and we admire your strength and courage. Thank you for opening your heart and considering us to go on this journey with.
Our Leisure Time

We love going to sporting events, concerts, and spending a day at the beach. We also enjoy going out to eat and trying new restaurants when we can. One of the most precious things in our life is our dog, Jackson. We absolutely adore him, and we frequently take him to parks and on walks around the neighborhood. When we're able to get away for the weekend, the three of us will likely take a quick trip to Palm Springs, which Jackson loves.

Allison is an avid music and book lover and likes to spend her free time playing guitar and reading a good book. Rosanne enjoys working out, reading, and doing crossword puzzles. Most of all, we both love to travel. Visiting new places, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures is at the top of our list, and we are so excited to be able to share family trips with our future child and experience the world with them.
Qualities We Admire in Each Other

We are truly best friends. Although we are very different people, we're alike in the most important ways. As we've evolved individually and as a couple, it has made us rock solid. We've learned to listen to one another with an open heart and mind, and react from a place of love. Even after 12 years together, we seem to have endless things to talk and laugh about.
Allison About Rosanne: Rosanne is great at sorting through information and focusing on details. She loves math, puzzles, and problem solving. She is centered and has a calmness that is soothing and reassuring. I admire her fierce loyalty and deep love that sees her always going the extra mile for loved ones. Her sense of humor is goofy, and there is nothing better than hearing her laugh. She also has a passion for travel and experiencing new places/cultures, which I love -- her curiosity has no bounds.
Rosanne About Allison: Allison has an incredibly big heart and will go out of her way to help a person or animal in need. She is compassionate, nurturing, and loving. She has a way of always seeing the positive side of everything. One of the things I love most about her is her sense of humor and her ability to always make me laugh. She is truly a kid at heart (which makes life fun!), and I admire her natural ability to communicate and connect with children. I can't wait to see her become an amazing mother.
Cultural Diversity
Allison was born and raised in Southern California. She is first generation American as her mother and father are both from Canada and are of Scottish/Italian descent. They relocated to California before having her and her brother.
Rosanne was born in Georgia and spent her childhood overseas in Seoul, South Korea. She grew up in a biracial household -- her father is from Florida and is of English/Scottish descent, and her mother is Korean. Her house was filled with both American and Korean cuisines, entertainment, and cultural traditions. Her father was in the military, so she grew up on a military base and was fortunate to share experiences with children from different cultures around the world.
As parents, it will be our responsibility and joy to create a community in which our child can thrive. We will educate ourselves about our child's culture and be sure to surround them with role models, friends, and opportunities to participate in events with those who have similar heritage. Representation matters and we are committed to making sure diversity is something to be celebrated. We also intend to have open conversations, so as new feelings or thoughts emerge as the child grows, they feel comfortable expressing themselves honestly.

Our House and Neighborhood

We live in a cozy and welcoming suburb in Orange County, California. The weather is absolutely gorgeous here with several playgrounds, parks, recreation centers, and bike trails close by. We are also within walking distance to schools and the local library. Our community hosts many outdoor festivals and events, and we are a short drive away from theme parks, sports and entertainment venues, the beach, and all the fun activities that Los Angeles and Orange County have to offer.
Our neighborhood is in a small, gated community and is very family-friendly with kids of different ages and backgrounds always playing outside and enjoying the beautiful pool that we share among our small group.
Our home is a three-story townhome-style house with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The garage is on the ground floor, the second floor includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room (with an opening out to our backyard/patio), and the bedrooms are located on the third floor.
We feel lucky to live in one of the most diverse states in the country, where different cultures are embraced. Our immediate area is especially inclusive, often celebrating the beauty of multiculturalism in fun and exciting ways.
Our Extended Families

We are very close to our families and they mean the world to us. We know how sacred time together is, and we make them a priority.
Allison's mother, aunt, and brother live just around the corner from our house, and we see them regularly for walks around our neighborhood. We also schedule special events such as concerts, movies, or sporting events with them each month.

Rosanne's parents live in Florida, and we speak to them several times a week and visit at least once or twice a year. They live next door to Rosanne's aunt and down the street from her cousins.
Rosanne's sister lives close by at the beach. We love to meet up for picnics at the park or family dinners out. Her sister has a son who we absolutely adore -- he can't wait to have a new cousin! They are all incredibly supportive and excited to add to our family.
From Us to You

Thank you for reading our profile. We want to express our immense gratitude to you for considering us as potential parents for your child. We cannot begin to understand the weight of this decision for you, but we deeply admire your bravery and wish we could give you a big hug.
It is not easy to condense our lives into a few paragraphs, but we hope this letter gives you a sense of who we are. We are compassionate, fun-loving people who prioritize our families and are lucky to have most of them live nearby. They are very supportive and cannot wait to add a child to the family.
Over the last 12 years together, we have created a life and home full of love and laughter. Our relationship is one built on trust and communication, and we truly are the best of friends. We have enjoyed traveling and experiencing new places at each other's side. We got married in 2018, and a few years later, we welcomed our little pup, Jackson. He is the sweetest soul and will be thrilled to have someone else to play with. We have no doubt that he will be the best big brother.
Parenthood is something we have talked about since we met, and we're excited to finally make that dream come true. Our goal is to not only be great parents, but to be the child's biggest fans and to create a safe and loving home for them to thrive. We want them to have confidence in themselves and to believe anything is possible. We hope to teach them to be empathetic, optimistic, and to truly care for others. We also understand the importance for a child to have connection with their roots and cultural heritage, and we are committed to providing an environment where they can learn about, and feel proud of, who they are.
We both work for the family business – Allison as vice president and Rosanne as CFO. Our business allows us the flexibility to work and be home with the baby. As the child grows, we are fortunate to have one of the best schools in the county not far away. In addition to school, providing a child with different opportunities to explore their interests is important to us. We are lucky to live in a diverse community where extracurricular activities of all kinds are easily accessible. This is a big world and we hope to help them see it all.
We understand the importance of maintaining a connection with your child. If you choose us, we are open to all forms of contact through which you are comfortable. We are happy to provide updates through emails, text messages, photographs, and in-person visits. Our hearts are open, and we will always respect whatever you feel is best.
Thank you, again, for taking the time to get to know us. We are truly grateful for people like you and hope for the opportunity to get to know you.
